What is Covered?
Our Purchase Protection program offers coverage for the following scenarios:
- Orders that are not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe.
- Items that arrive damaged or are significantly different from their description.
- Unauthorized transactions made through your Locie account.
How It Works
Follow these steps to take advantage of our Purchase Protection program:
- Ensure you have used Locie's secure payment methods when placing your order.
- If an issue arises, contact the seller directly to resolve the matter.
- If the issue is not resolved, file a claim through our Support Center within 30 days of delivery.
- Our team will investigate the claim and provide a resolution within 7-10 business days.
How to File a Claim
If you encounter an issue with your purchase, here’s how you can file a claim:
- Log in to your Locie account and navigate to the Order History page.
- Select the order in question and click on Report an Issue.
- Provide details about the issue, including any supporting evidence (e.g., photos or receipts).
- Submit your claim for review.
Exclusions
While we strive to offer comprehensive protection, certain situations may not be covered, such as:
- Items purchased outside the Locie platform.
- Damage caused by improper use or handling after delivery.
- Claims filed beyond the allowed timeframe.
